The easiest way to book is through our online booking page — choose your lesson type, preferred date, suburb and pay securely via Stripe or Afterpay. You can also call 0434 521 743 or send a message via this contact form. We confirm all bookings as soon as possible, typically within a few hours.

Your instructor will pick you up from your home, work, school, university or any other convenient location in Melbourne. We cover Carlton, Bundoora, Coolaroo, Sunbury and all surrounding suburbs. There is no need for you to travel to us — free pick-up and drop-off is included in every lesson.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Stripe, and Afterpay (buy now, pay later). Payment is made securely online when you book. We do not accept cash. All prices are GST-inclusive with no hidden fees.

We understand life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson without a fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for full details, or call us to discuss your situation.

Absolutely. Overseas licence conversion is one of our specialties. We work with drivers from India, China, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Lebanon, Pakistan, the UK, USA and many other countries. Contact us and tell us your country of licence — we'll advise how many lessons you'll likely need and book you in straight away.

Yes. Freshers is a single-instructor school, which means you work with the same instructor every single lesson. This builds a genuine teaching relationship, means your instructor knows your strengths and weaknesses intimately, and ensures consistent feedback throughout your learning journey.

All lessons are conducted in a modern dual-control automatic vehicle. Dual controls allow your instructor to brake at any time, making every lesson completely safe regardless of your experience level. Manual lessons are also available — please mention this when booking.

Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any lesson package — from a single 60-minute lesson ($68) to a full 10-lesson bundle ($650). Click the Gift Card button in the top navigation to purchase instantly via Stripe. The voucher is emailed immediately and can be used to book at any time.

Yes. All lessons with a Freshers accredited instructor count toward your 120-hour logbook requirement. Your instructor signs your logbook at the end of every session. We also ensure your lessons cover the variety of driving conditions required by VicRoads — including night driving, freeway driving, and wet weather where possible.
