The drive test costs $75.30 and has a pre-drive check followed by an on-road drive in two stages — you must pass stage one to continue to stage two.

The VicRoads driving test runs in three parts. Here’s what each one involves.
A quick run through your vehicle controls before you drive anywhere.
The easier half, on quieter streets, with your parking or three-point turn.
